The following example shows the differences that exist between the legal status in October 2003 and the status check in March 2004 for the arbitrary chosen patent EP 0780147.
In the upper part a chart summarises the patent family and important basic information on the single family members. The numbers are linked to the particular legal status within the report.
From a legend you can gather what text colors show the differences between the old information and the new information. The green color shows the new
added legal status and member data.
In this example a member has been added (the second DE-filing), of which only the priority data is known. A new member is the B1-publication (granting) of the EP-filing. Due to the fact that the information about the legal status is equal for all publications they are listed in a sole paragraph.
